§ 5-29-22. Misleading as to qualifications.
No person granted a certificate under this chapter shall display or use the title
            "doctorâ€� or its synonym without the designation "podiatristâ€� or "podiatric medicine
            and surgeryâ€� and shall not mislead the public about professional qualifications to
            treat human ailments.
