§ 5-29-13. Limited registrations.

(a) An applicant for limited registration under this chapter who furnishes the division of professional regulation of the department of health with satisfactory proof that the applicant is eighteen (18) years of age or older and of good moral character; that the applicant has creditably completed not less than two (2) years of study in a legally chartered podiatry school that is accredited by the Council on Podiatric Medical Education of the American Podiatric Medical Association having power to grant degrees in podiatry; and that the applicant has been appointed an intern, resident, fellow, or po
