§ 5-29-10. Biennial permit to practice podiatry.

All licenses to practice podiatry shall be renewed biennially on the date of expiration. Every person licensed to practice podiatry pursuant to this chapter shall make application for renewal of the license. The application shall be accompanied or supported by evidence of the completion of a minimum of fifteen (15) continuing medical education credits per year as approved by the board of examiners in podiatry. Failure of an applicant for renewal of license to practice to furnish that evidence constitutes ground for revocation, suspension, or refusal to renew the license, unless the board of examiners
