§ 5-26-6. Nondiscrimination in licensing or certification.
The division of professional regulation and the licensing and examining boards established
            in this title shall administer their licensing or certification programs in a manner
            that does not violate the requirements of 29 U.S.C. § 794, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq., and chapter 87 of title 42.
