§ 5-26-1. Establishment of division — Administrator.
Within the department of health there shall be a division of professional regulation,
            and the director of health shall appoint an administrator of that division, in accordance
            with the provisions of chapter 4 of title 36. The administrator of the division of professional regulation shall act as the administrative
            agent for the boards established.
