§ 5-24-5. Annulment of license.
In case any person licensed pursuant to §§ 5-24-1 and 5-24-1.1 is convicted of keeping a disorderly house, the city or town council shall immediately
            withdraw and annul his or her license; and he or she shall not be licensed during
            the two (2) years next following his or her conviction.
