§ 5-24-2. Terms and duration of licenses.
Every license issued pursuant to §§ 5-24-1 and 5-24-1.1 shall specify the person licensed; the business licensed; the hours during which
            the premises may be opened for business; and the building or room in which the business
            shall be pursued; and shall continue and be in force until the first of December,
            unless revoked sooner for cause.
