§ 5-23-5. Place of operation — Delivery carts. [Repealed effective January 1, 2026.]
The license shall not authorize any sale, rental, or operation at any place not specified
            in the license. The license is deemed to include permission to deliver by means of
            or sell from any cart or other vehicle, ice, milk, or newspapers; provided the number
            of carts or vehicles to be used for that purpose shall be specified in the license
            and there shall be displayed on each cart or vehicle while in that use any evidence
            that the city or town council prescribes that it is being used pursuant to that license.
