§ 5-22-23. Admission of unescorted minors under age fifteen.

No person who is the proprietor, manager, or doorkeeper of any theater, roller skating rink, public dance hall, vaudeville, or other show, shall permit any boy or girl under the age of fifteen (15) years to enter or remain in that place of amusement owned or controlled by him or her or in which he or she is employed unless that boy or girl is accompanied by and under the charge of a person of eighteen (18) years of age or over, not furnished or provided by that proprietor, manager or doorkeeper; provided, that during all the hours from 9:00 A.M. until 7:00 P.M., except during the hours
