§ 5-22-18. Penalty for violations.
Any person who violates any of the provisions of §§ 5-22-4 — 5-22-17 and any person who knowingly permits that violation in any building, described in
            § 5-22-17, belonging to him or her or under his or her control, shall be fined not exceeding
            five hundred dollars ($500), or be imprisoned not exceeding one year, or shall be
            punished by both the fine and imprisonment.
