§ 5-21-3. "Automobile junkyardâ€� defined.
As used in this chapter, "automobile junkyardâ€� means a place where one or more unserviceable,
            discarded, worn-out, or junked automobiles, or bodies, engines, tires, parts, or accessories
            of junked automobiles are gathered together.
