§ 5-20.7-9. Education requirements prior to examination.

(a) Residential classification. As a prerequisite to taking the examination for certification as a state-certified residential real estate appraiser, an applicant shall present evidence satisfactory to the board that the applicant has successfully completed the required classroom hours of courses promulgated by the Appraiser Qualifications Board of the Appraisal Foundation in subjects related to real estate appraisal and the uniform standards of professional appraisal practice from a duly licensed real estate school pursuant to the provisions of § 5-20.5-19 or a nationally recogn
