§ 5-20-39. Transfer of duties to the department of labor and training.
The authority and power to regulate plumbers pursuant to the provisions of this chapter
            formerly within the department of health are transferred to the department of labor
            and training. Any reference in this chapter to the authority and power to regulate
            plumbers within the department of health shall now be construed to refer to the department
            of labor and training unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
