§ 5-20-34. Prosecution of violations.
It is the duty of the director of the department of labor and training, under the
            recommendation of the board of examiners for plumbers, to fine any person, corporation,
            firm, association, or partnership violating any of the provisions of this chapter
            upon complaint being made whether brought pursuant to § 5-20-28 or § 5-20-33.
