§ 5-20-26. Municipal inspectors and installation permits.
Nothing contained in this chapter prohibits any city or town from providing for a
            plumbing inspector or from requiring permits for the installation and repair of plumbing
            or irrigation systems and collecting fees for the installation and repair of plumbing.
