§ 5-20-19. Notice of change of address of licensee.
Any person who holds a certificate of license as a master plumber, master irrigator,
            master water-filtration/treatment-system installer, journeyperson plumber, journeyperson
            irrigator, journeyperson water-filtration/treatment-system installer or an apprentice
            plumber, apprentice irrigator, or apprentice water-filtration/treatment-system installer,
            shall notify the department of labor and training within thirty (30) days in the event
            of change of his or her address from the address specified on his or her certificate
            of license as a master plumber, master irrigator, master water-filtration/treatment
