§ 5-2-5. Licenses for shooting galleries required.
Every person who keeps any pistol gallery, rifle gallery, or other building, or other
            enclosure in any city or town of this state, where firearms are used, without a license
            from the city council or other licensing authority of the city or the town council
            of the town, shall be fined two hundred dollars ($200) for the first offense, and
            five hundred dollars ($500) for each subsequent offense.
