§ 5-2-13. Permitting use of tables by minors.
(a) No person licensed by virtue of this chapter shall permit any table, the use of which
            has been permitted under a license granted to him or her, to be used by any minor
            under the age of eighteen (18) years except as provided in this section; and in case
            of that use being permitted, the person holding the license then forfeits the license,
            and is liable to the penalty imposed by § 5-2-12.
         
(b) A city or town, by ordinance, may authorize any facility operated by a licensed person
            in which alcoholic beverages are not served to allow a minor sixteen (16) years of
