§ 5-2-12. Penalty for maintenance of unlicensed tables.
Every person who owns, keeps, or uses any billiard table, bagatelle table, pool table,
            scippio table, or any table of similar character, without first obtaining a license,
            shall be fined twenty dollars ($20.00) or be imprisoned not exceeding three (3) months
            for each offense.
