§ 5-19.1-4. State board of pharmacy — Meetings — Quorum — Chairperson.
Members of the board shall meet at the times that it shall determine and as often
            as necessary to discharge the duties imposed upon it. The board shall elect a chairperson
            and a secretary from among its members annually in March. The simple majority of the
            board of pharmacy shall constitute a quorum. The board shall organize each year by
            electing from its membership a secretary who shall record and maintain the minutes
            of each meeting and a chairperson.
