§ 5-19.1-3. State board of pharmacy — Creation — Membership — Oath — Vacancies.

(a) Within the department of health, there shall be a board of pharmacy, consisting of nine (9) individuals, residents of the state of Rhode Island, one of whom shall be a registered pharmacist who is currently employed in the department of pharmacy at a hospital corporation in the state of Rhode Island during his or her term of appointment; two (2) of whom shall be actively engaged in the practice of independent retail pharmacy; two (2) of whom shall be representatives of the Rhode Island drug chain stores; two
