§ 5-19.1-27. Penalty for operating without license.
Any person who engages in any activity that requires a license or registration under
            this chapter without obtaining a license as required by this chapter shall be guilty
            of a misdemeanor and shall upon conviction be fined not more than five hundred dollars
            ($500).
