§ 5-19.1-11.1. Rules.
On or before January 15, 2005, the department of health shall promulgate rules, pursuant
            to chapter 35 of title 42, establishing standards and procedures to protect the health and safety of the public
            and governing the operation and licensing of Canadian pharmacies necessitated by the
            enactment of subsections (c), (d) and (e) of § 5-19.1-11.
