§ 5-18-4. Penalty for violations — Inspection and removal.

Any person who violates any of the regulations issued pursuant to § 5-18-3, or maintains or displays any outdoor advertising without the approval in any city or town where that approval is required, shall be fined not exceeding ten dollars ($10.00) for every day the violation, maintenance, or display continues. Any and all officers authorized by that ordinance have the right to enter upon the premises where that outdoor advertising is maintained or displayed, for the purpose of inspecting the advertising, and may remove any outdoor advertising and structures that are not in conformity with t
