§ 5-17-4. Penalty for violations.
Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter is
            guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be fined not less than five dollars
            ($5.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for each offense.
