§ 5-16-4. Display of permit — Inspection of laundries.

Every person to whom a permit is issued under this chapter shall keep the permit displayed in a conspicuous place in the office or place of business for which it is issued, and shall whenever requested exhibit the permit to the licensing authorities or their authorized agents. The licensing authorities shall cause an inspection to be made of each public laundry before a permit is issued for its operation and at least once a year after the first inspection. For that purpose and for the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter, the licensing authorities and their authorized agents
