§ 5-14.1-1. Definitions. [Effective until January 1, 2026.]

As used in this chapter:

(1) "Hotelâ€� shall mean any establishment defined in § 5-14-3.

(2) "Human traffickingâ€� means the use of force, fraud, or coercion to obtain some type of labor or commercial sex act as defined in 22 U.S.C. § 7102 and the commission of an offense created by §§ 11-67.1-3 through 11-67.1-7.
