Text

§ 5-13-9. Penalty for violations.
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall upon conviction be imprisoned
            not exceeding eleven (11) months, or be fined not exceeding two hundred fifty dollars
            ($250), or be both imprisoned and fined as provided in this chapter.
