§ 5-13-5. Application for license — Examination — Fee.

All applications for licenses shall be filed with the state board of inspection of horse riding schools. The board shall conduct an examination, either oral or written, or partly oral and partly written, in order to determine the qualifications of the person to operate a riding school. Examinations shall place particular emphasis on the proper handling and care of horses and shall be principally a practical examination of the applicant's knowledge and skill in the proper handling and care of horses.
