If a registrant is a firm or corporation, it is sufficient cause for the suspension or revocation of a registration that any officer, director, manager, or trustee of the firm or entity or any member or partner, in the case of a partnership, has been found by the department to have engaged in any act or omission that would be cause for denying, suspending, or revoking a registration to that party as an individual.
