§ 5-11-13. Recognizance of prosecuting officer.
Any arresting officer named in § 5-11-12, except a state police officer or city or town police officer prosecuting any person
            complained of under the provisions of this chapter, shall be required to give his
            or her personal recognizance only for the payment of costs.
