§ 5-11-11. Sales or offers as separate offenses.
Every individual sale or offer for sale made contrary to the provisions of this chapter
            shall be deemed and construed as a distinct and separate offense, and the person making
            the sale or offer of sale shall be prosecuted for the offense in the manner subsequently
            prescribed.
