§ 5-10-32 — § 5-10-32. Enforcement of chapter.

§ 5-10-32. Enforcement of chapter.
The division is specifically charged with the enforcement of this chapter; shall investigate
            all complaints for violations of the provisions of this chapter; shall hold a hearing
            upon any complaint for any violation of the chapter within thirty (30) days after
            the filing of the complaint; and render a decision, in writing, within ten (10) days
            from the close of the hearing. If the division finds that any of the provisions of
            this chapter have been violated, it shall immediately institute any criminal prosecution
            that the violation warrants.
