§ 5-10-30. Penalty for violations.
Any violation of this chapter or any of the provisions of this chapter shall be a
            misdemeanor and any person, association, partnership, or corporation convicted of
            a violation of this chapter shall be fined not exceeding two hundred dollars ($200),
            or imprisoned not exceeding three (3) months, or both.
