§ 5-10-27. Reinstatement after revocation or suspension.
A license, permit, certificate of approval, or registration suspended or revoked pursuant
            to § 5-10-26 may, in the discretion of the division, be reinstated or reissued under any terms
            and conditions, not contrary to law, that the division requires.
