§ 47-15-5. "Lidded containerâ€� and "closed containerâ€� defined.
As used in this chapter,   "lidded containerâ€� and   "closed containerâ€� are synonymous and, unless otherwise specifically defined in this chapter, mean any
            container of which forty percent (40%) or more of the opening is covered by any material
            in the form of a lid, cover, or wrapping of any kind.
