§ 44-55-5. Certification.
After receiving the initial request from the claimant business for the tax incentive,
            the department of labor and training shall provide to the claimant business certification
            of unemployment as soon as practicable. The department of labor and training shall
            determine the eligibility of the employee and issue certification for the employee.
