§ 44-15-18. Severability.
If any provision of this chapter or the application of this chapter to any banking
            institution or credit union or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of this
            chapter and the application of the provisions to the other banking institutions or
            credit unions or circumstances shall not be affected.
