§ 42-9-12. Annual law enforcement report.

(a) The attorney general shall annually on or before the thirtieth (30th) day of June make a report in writing to the governor showing the transactions of the attorney general's office in relation to the enforcement of law during the prior year ending on the thirty-first (31st) day of December.

(b) The report shall show for each of the counties of the state the number of non-warranted indictments and information cases pending at the beginning of the year, and the number of warranted indictments and information cases pending at the beginning of the year,
