§ 42-80-5. Report.
The commission shall prepare and submit a report of its activities to the governor,
            the speaker of the house of representatives, the president of the senate, and the
            attorney general on or before January 15 of each calendar year. The commission's report
            shall include, but not be limited to, its recommendations for revisions, amendments,
            additions, or consolidation of the laws regarding prejudice, bias, or hatred to insure
            that these laws safeguard and protect the public.
