§ 42-8.2-4. State register, printing, contents, distribution.
Documents required or authorized to be published by § 42-8.2-5 hereof shall be printed and distributed immediately by the office in a serial publication
            designated the "state registerâ€�. The contents of the daily issues shall be indexed
            and shall comprise all documents, required or authorized to be published, filed with
            the office of the secretary of state up to the time of the day immediately preceding
            the day of distribution fixed by regulation established by said office. Distribution
            shall be made by delivery or by deposit at a post office box at a time in the morning
            of the day of di
