§ 42-72.7-7. Evaluation and assessment.

Three percent (3%) of all funds allocated for the pilot program of coordinated community social services, education, and mental health services for children and their families pursuant to this chapter shall be utilized by the local coordinating councils for evaluation and assessment of the effectiveness of services provided pursuant to this chapter. This evaluation and assessment shall be predicated upon the specific agreed upon performance outcomes for children and families who received services pursuant to this chapter.
