§ 42-72.2-6. Data maintenance.
The department of health shall assume full responsibility for the collection, entry,
            storage, analysis, and file protection of all Level I and II needs determination information.
            Access to this data and preserving its confidentiality shall be subject to all existing
            and applicable state and federal statutes, as well as those regulations and guidelines
            developed by the human subjects committee within the department of health.
