§ 42-72-19. Transfer of functions from department of community affairs.

There are transferred to the director of children, youth and families:

(1) Those functions of the department of community affairs that were administered through or with respect to the division of youth development and of all officers, employees, agencies, advisory councils, committees, and commissions relating to children and youth services of the division of youth development.

(2) So much of other functions or parts of functions and employees and resources related thereto of the director of the department of commun
