§ 42-72-18. Transfer of functions from department of behavioral healthcare, developmental disabilities and hospitals.

There are transferred to the director of the department of children, youth and families:

(1) Those children and youth functions and services of the department of behavioral healthcare, developmental disabilities and hospitals administered through or with respect to the division of curative services excluding the pediatric unit of Zambarano Hospital but including generally and specifically components within the institute of mental health and "services for emotionally disturbed children� in chapter 7 of
