§ 42-66.8-6. Evaluation of assisted living waiver demonstration.
Upon implementation of the demonstration program and occupancy of assisted living
            facilities by low and moderate income persons, the Rhode Island department of elderly
            affairs will work in conjunction with Rhode Island housing to develop a tool to evaluate
            the qualitative benefits and cost-effectiveness of the demonstration program.
