§ 42-66.3-8. Home and community care advisory committee.

(a) There is established a permanent state committee to be known as the home and community care services advisory committee established for the purpose of advising the director of the office of healthy aging relative to the needs and concerns of home and community care services care recipients. The commission shall consist of twenty-three (23) members: six (6) of whom shall be representatives of the general public age sixty (60) years of age or older, two (2) to be appointed by the speaker of the house who shall be members of AARP; one to be appointed by the house minority leader; two (
