§ 42-66.1-2. Definitions.
As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise:
(1) "Directorâ€� shall mean the director of the office of healthy aging or the director's
            designee.
         
(2) "Housing for the elderlyâ€� shall mean private and public housing complexes designated
            by the federal government as housing for the elderly located in the state.
