§ 42-64.31-3. Reporting requirements.
The commerce corporation shall submit a report annually, no later than sixty (60)
            days after the end of the fiscal year to the speaker of the house and the president
            of the senate detailing the total amount of grants awarded and matching funds awarded
            and such other information as the commerce corporation deems necessary.
