§ 42-64.29-1. Statement of intent.
Robust industry clusters — geographic concentrations of interconnected firms and related
            institutions in a field — drive competitiveness and innovation by fostering dynamic
            interactions among businesses such as labor force pooling, supplier specialization,
            collaborative problem solving, technology exchange and knowledge sharing. It is the
            intention of the general assembly to foster such industry clusters by creating a grant
            program to stimulate cluster initiatives and enhance industry competitiveness.
